First we will offer you a free exchange, if you are not happy with the exchange.
We will offer you a store credit after you receive your order that will never expire.
What we expect from you:
Hair must be in the same condition, what does returned in the same condition mean?
This means the hair extensions:
✓ Have NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, or bleached.
✓ Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tags are attached.
• All purchases made during a sale are final
Do I have to pay for shipping for my exchange?
Yes, you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Upon approval of your exchange request we will follow up with next steps regarding the process.
Should I contact you before exchanging my hair extensions?
Yes please! Returns with no prior contact will be denied and returned to you as you must have a return label in our system for your package to be accepted at our facility.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order.

Once your order has been place you have 24 hours to make changes.

If you received the wrong product we will gladly, exchange product at no cost to you.
No refunds will be issued for refused, abandoned, lost, or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
Under NO circumstances will we accept any hair extensions that has been worn and removed. The Department of Health and Human Services prohibits reuse of hair products for resale. Please check your product before applying. If the weft has been cut, the hair has been cut and styled or colored. It is yours to keep. There will absolutely NO EXCHANGES on used hair products.
